The
ultimate goal is to alleviate any discomfort and quicken your return
to your normal everyday activities and/ or your favorite sport or dance!
In order to achieve this goal, sessions
are tailored to your specific need, injury or complaint. At the initial
consultation, I listen to your requests; we discuss them and set
short-term and long-term goals. We begin sessions with commitment
and consistency. You must make an effort to participate in your training
and/or rehabilitation. Self care suggestions and
home exercises will be suggested to encourage a speedy recovery.
We will re-evaluate after several sessions / the short-term goal
date, to discuss any changes that may be necessary to accomplish
the long-term goal and maintain a lifestyle free of pain.
