YES!  Free swinging joints and painless movement
is a natural way of living and should be a  life-long experience.
Flexibility is not just for the young!

What it is...
Flexibility Training — a One on One Session utilizing Active and Assisted Stretching technique to stretch your entire body and/or a specific area. A dynamic and therapeutic approach to joint flexiblity. Repetitive 2 second stretches using muscle reciprocal inhibition. It will increase energy levels; improve your posture, and the range of motion of all joints. This technique also assist in recovering quickly and efficiently from injury or surgery. These sessions will also enhance muscle strength and cardio fitness.

Sports Massage — It is all about intention! Communication between client and therapist is what determines the dynamic of the session. A very specialized manual approach to the athletic body. These sessions are designed with specific goals: either prepare for your sports event or workout, or to improve performance and / or assist to quicken recovery from muscle soreness and prevent future injury.

Orthopedic Medical Massage for Rehabilitation of Soft Tissue Injuries, or Post-Surgery Recovery, and/or for Sub- Acute and Chronic Pain. I utilize many of the Manual Therapies listed below. Complete recovery requires multiple sessions.

Yoga Therapy - A private individual class. Learn the fundamentals of Yoga; Breathing, Postures, Meditation, and Philosophy. Tailor made sessions for your physical, mental and emotional needs. If you feel that big Yoga classes are too intimidating, or you do not get enough attention in class, or you are too inflexible and get discouraged easily, then this is the session for you!

The ultimate goal is to alleviate any discomfort and quicken your return to your normal everyday activities and/ or your favorite sport or dance!
In order to achieve this goal, sessions are tailored to your specific need, injury or complaint. At the initial consultation, I listen to your requests; we discuss them and set short-term and long-term goals. We begin sessions with commitment and consistency. You must make an effort to participate in your training and/or rehabilitation. Self care suggestions and home exercises will be suggested to encourage a speedy recovery. We will re-evaluate after several sessions / the short-term goal date, to discuss any changes that may be necessary to accomplish the long-term goal and maintain a lifestyle free of pain.
